A proposal for the neighborhood surrounding the existing
Santa Ana Train Station, composed of retail, residential,
office, hotel, media tech and art center program elements. The proposal
organizes these programs on a public to private grid, with
dividers of green space to serve both the users who live
within the neighborhood and the commuters who use transportation
and travel throughout the area. The project
contains three focus areas: Marketplace, Office, and
Media Tech / Library.
